The Mine Dispatcher is a critical member of the operations team responsible for managing the real-time assignment and control of the mobile fleet at Tasiast. Using fleet management systems such as Modular Dispatch and CAT MineStar, the dispatcher ensures optimal productivity, alignment with the shift production plan, and timely response to field needs. The dispatcher also plays a key role in uploading operational data into the system, supporting auxiliary fleet coordination, and ensuring accurate operational tracking for both load & haul and drill & blast activities. This role requires strong communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
