Job Responsibilities
Work with the Total Rewards team to:
- Assist with compensation surveys, job evaluations, compensation recommendations, equity administration, benefits administration, and other total rewards activities
- Complete data analysis and/or prepare summaries on various topical matters
- Assist with audits or reviews of various HR / compensation matters
- Complete data entry in HR systems and/or clean up system data
- Create documents for various HR tasks
- Assist with non-routine administrative projects as needed such as organizing special events, coordinating documents, processing invoices, and creating global job codes
- Work with external vendors as needed.
Education and Experience
- 3rd year Business or Human Resources student
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with MS Excel, Office, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to perform well independently as well as on a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Spanish/French/Portuguese language ability would be an asset
Compensation & Total Rewards
The base salary range for this role is $44,226 to $60,060 CAD, plus 4% vacation pay.
The hiring range reflects our targeted compensation framework for the role. The actual offer will be determined through a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate’s experience, capabilities, and potential impact, along with consideration of internal equity, team structure, and benchmark market data for similar positions.
