Job Description
The Gold Rush Corporate Internship Program is an opportunity for students who are enrolled in a related program who want to excel in the mining industry. This program will have opportunities working closely with many departments in the Kinross Corporate office and mine sites, gaining real-world experience in an exciting, data-driven and technology-enabled field. Supply Chain is looking for a highly analytical, technology forward summer intern to assist with the following tasks:
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with Supply Chain Policy and Governance processes
- Work with Procure-to-Pay processes, procedures, and enterprise systems
- Involvement with KPI reporting, performance dashboards, and data analysis to support continuous improvement
- Participate in data focused initiatives, including cleansing, structuring, and visualizing supply chain information
- Engage with advanced analytics, leading AI tools, and introductory AI model development
- Provide support for other supply chain functions as needed
Education and Experience
- University/college degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business or related fields
Additional Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a corporate environment is an asset
- Basic knowledge of supply chain management and related challenges is an asset
- Proven ability to learn quickly with a high level of problem solving
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for technology enabled process improvement
- Experience collaborating with others and communicating effectively

Compensation & Total Rewards
The base salary range for this role is $44,226 to $60,060 CAD, plus 4% vacation pay.
The hiring range reflects our targeted compensation framework for the role. The actual offer will be determined through a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate’s experience, capabilities, and potential impact, along with consideration of internal equity, team structure, and benchmark market data for similar positions.
