Job Description
To maintain and monitor the IT equipment management. To provide technical assistance to servers and network management
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the technical support to the clients – users.
- Keep records and monitor the stock of IT equipment.
- Provide assistance to maintain servers and network.
- Keep the inventory of the IT equipment.
- Provide a full range of Client services - troubleshooting.
- Other duties as required.
- Addresses queries and resolves issues for internal customers while ensuring service standards are met
- Ensures internal customers comply with company policy and procedures and regulations in IT
- Provides training to internal customers as needed.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor or Engineer degree in Computer Science
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English and French
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience
- Complete knowledge of the principles within a technical area or discipline
- Experience in mining company and/or International companies is an asset
- Solid Computer architecture understanding to analyze equipment maintenance needs.
