Job Description
Reporting to the External Relations Projects Manager, the External Relations Analyst primary focus is to provide support in various external relations initiatives and projects. The External Relations Analyst must be able to research and prepare briefing notes and presentation materials, support with the translation of documents and assist in developing external communications deliverables.
Job Responsibilities
• Maintain a centralized database with relevant documents and information to ensure availability of the information to the relevant Departments and consistency of the company’s strategy.
• Draft reports relating to the External Relations function as directed.
• Assist in creating/reviewing external communication materials, including brochures, videos, and presentations.
• Collaborate with team members to develop content for social media.
• Conduct research on key political, public policy, social and regulatory developments in corporate areas of interest globally as directed.
• Support the coordination of external events and meetings, including logistics and communication.
• Assist with the translation of letters, briefing notes and other documents.
• Manage and update stakeholder databases.
• Others as required.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations.
• Previous experience in communication, marketing, translation or related fields is a plus.
• Knowledge or familiarity with video and image editing software is a plus. Adobe Suite, Canva etc.

Language Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French (C1 level or higher).
- As this position is based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain), ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
