Job Description

Reportingto the Immigration and Benefits Senior Admin, the incumbent will be responsible for providing assistance to the human resources department in the areas assigned to him within the limits of his area of ​​responsibility.

Job Responsibilities

  Active monitoring of processes with the public administration (CNSS, ONMT, Labor Inspection, ANRPTS ... etc).
• Maintain insurance and immigration files.
• Creation of files for new employees and expatriates.
• Update information on HR systems.
• Prepare and update recurring and routine internal reports, data collection and verification, submit issues to the Supervisor for resolution.
• Maintain and update the records of the Service; maintain confidential records and materials
• Monitor attendance and establish daily reports of absenteeism as well as monthly man/hour reports
• Receive requests for leave (absence), communicate the absence approval formalities and maintain the records.
• Verify and submit expense reimbursements and arrange for payments to employees.
• As well as any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Education and Experience

Hold a university degree in Human Resources, or equivalent
• Two years experience in a similar position.
• Full Proficiency of the MS office IT tool (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Very Good English, Arabic and French skills (both oral and written)
• Proactivity, organizational skills and attention to detail
• Accuracy is essential in the preparation and processing of external and internal reports.
• Confidentiality is essential for dealing with employees and expatriates.
• Maintaining a courteous and professional attitude should be appropriate for employees and external parties.
• Valid driver's license
